Evening Breath Work & Meditation Series with Meggan Riley 4 Week Summer Series - June 4, 11, 18, 25 - Tuesday Evenings -6:00-7:00pm Donations Kindly Accepted - All are welcome "It is through stillness that we reduce the presence of fear and stress within, and within that space, we cultivate an environment for inner-peace and self-healing." Join Bloom Instructor, Meggan Riley for an hour of dedicated breath work and meditation. Each week, Meggan will pair and instruct pranayam (breath work) with dhyana (meditation) so that students may experience a deeper sense of calm, self-awareness, inner-peace and stillness. There will be guided work during each session, but students will also learn tools they can take away to build a home practice. Meggan will offer insight into such topics as consciousness, mindfulness, presence, reduction of stress & disease, self-realization and more! Students should arrive ready to engage is preparatory gentle movement, seated and reclined postures and deep relaxation. All are welcome to this donations based summer series!
